☘️☘️☘️ In order to create a clean, beautiful and scientific working environment toward improving productivity, Binh An Phu Dung Quat Forest Co., Ltd. has implemented the 5S program at all of its factories and departments with consultancy of 02 experts from MAC. 5S is defined as a methodology that results in a workplace that is clean, uncluttered, safe, and well organized to help reduce waste and optimize productivity. It stands for 5 words (5 principles) including: Sort/Seiri), Set in order/Seiton, Shine/Seiso, Standardize/Seiketsu, and Sustain/Shitsuke

☘️☘️☘️ Binh An Phu Dung Quat applies this program to encourage the self-discipline and self-responsibility of all employees with their daily work, their machines and products, and considering the company as their own home. Furthermore, the implementation of 5S is also to create a clean, safe and comfortable production and business environment for employees, motivating them to work passionately.

☘️☘️☘️ To help effectively implement this program, Binh An Phu Dung Quat established a steering committee of16 members headed by the company's director for the purpose of monitoring and evaluating the implementation of 5S according to weekly action diary, timely rewards for initiatives of employees during project implementation.

☘️☘️☘️ In parallel with the 5S program, the company also applies Kaizen to encourage continuous improvements in the workplace organization, environmental sanitation, and encourage technical and innovation initiatives in working methods… towards increasing productivity and product quality, and the company's reputation.

After just over 1 month of implementing 5S-KAIZEN, all the departments and factories seems to have a new look: In the factories and working areas, everything is arranged tidily, neatly and scientifically that "easy to find - easy to see - easy to get - easy to check - easy to clean". The company's internal environment is also airy, clean and fresh, helping employees and partners to visit Binh An Phu Dung Quat to feel comfortable and enjoyable.
