WOOD PELLET
The wood pellet factory with machines and equipment imported from Europe (CPM) produces pellets of high standards. The first production line with a capacity of 100,000 tons of pellet per year has been running since Jan 2020. The second production line was installed and run since Oct 2025 that helped double capacity to 200,000 tons per year.
Raw materials:
- Acacia logs.
- Acacia woodchips.
Raw materials
Raw materials processing area: Chipping and wet grinding.
Drying area: 02 rotary drum dryers, total capacity of 26 tons per hour.
Dry grinding area with CPM machines and equipment. Magnet traps and stone traps will remove all metal and heavy impurities out of the materials flow before it goes to the pelletizers.
Total 06 Pelletizers from CPM (Europe), Output: 5 tons of pellet per hour per machine.
Final products stored in 02 warehouses with total capacity of 35,000 tons.
